2nd Star Productions is a volunteer-run, nonprofit community theatre dedicated to transparency, accountability, and community trust.
Our Policies & Practices document outlines the core principles that guide how we operate — including our mission and values; diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility commitments; membership and volunteer policies; audition and casting practices; health and safety standards; and reporting procedures.
This public version is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and updated annually to reflect our ongoing commitment to openness and good governance.
